Making the most out of v33-X

Protocols can use a liquid staked token (LST) as BASE to offer restaking to its users and allow them to get the most out of their ecosystem. This is considered restaking because the LST is staked to secure the network (eg. stETH, sfrxETH, rETH, cbETH) and then staked again under v33-X to govern ecosystem incentives. This allows v33-X governors to continue earning staking rewards while coordinating ecosystem incentives and earning voting rewards.
